Oskar Niva
Joined the team in June 2025. Before joining Hartwall Capital Oskar worked at Aventum Parters in Helsinki (2024-2025) focusing on M&A and financing transactions in the Nordics. Prior to that, he has experience from e.g., CapMan, McKinsey and Mandatum Asset Management. Oskar holds an MSc (Econ) from the Turku School of Economics.
Pekka Puustinen
Joined in February 2023. Before joining Hartwall Capital Pekka worked at Pamplona Capital Management in London (2010-2022). Prior to that, he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Morgan Stanley focusing on the Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) sector (2007-2010). Pekka holds an MSc (Econ) from the former Helsinki School of Economics.
Pekka currently serves on the boards of Secto Automotive and Linkity.
Kanerva Koskinen
Joined the team in June 2021. Before joining Hartwall Capital Kanerva worked at SEB Corporate Finance in Helsinki (2017-2021) focusing on M&A and large capital market transactions in the Nordics. Prior to that, she has experience from e.g. PwC Corporate Finance and Markets business in SEB and Nordea. Kanerva holds an MSc (Econ) from Aalto University School of Business.
Noora Haraholma
Joined the team in March 2020. Before joining Hartwall Capital Noora worked at Boston Consulting Group in Helsinki (2017-2020) focusing on various corporate development activities. Prior to that, she worked in various positions at Sp-Fund Management alongside her studies (2012-2016). Noora holds a MSc (Econ) from Aalto University School of Business.
Alexander Tallberg
Joined the team in September 2015. Before joining Hartwall Capital Alexander worked at DNB Markets in London (2011–2015) as an equity analyst, covering Nordic industrials and materials sectors. Alexander holds an MSc in Public Policy from University College London and a BSc in Economics from Hanken School of Economics.
Axel Lindholm
Joined the team in November 2017. Before joining Hartwall Capital Axel worked at EY focusing on corporate finance (2016-2017) and at AFEX focusing on currency trading and risk management (2014-2016). Axel holds an MSc (Econ) from Hanken School of Economics.
Axel currently serves on the boards of Secto Automotive, Vastuu Group and Duell.
Niko Mokkila
Joined in October 2019. Before joining Hartwall Capital he worked at Altor Equity Partners in Stockholm and in Helsinki (2007–2019). Prior to that, he worked in the Investment Banking Division of Merrill Lynch in London (2005–2007). Niko holds an MSc (Tech) from the former Helsinki University of Technology and an MSc (Econ) from the former Helsinki School of Economics.
Niko currently serves on the boards of Remeo, LeaseGreen and Duell.
